Canvio ("the App") is developed and operated by Aftab Fazal Qayum, an independent developer based in Pakistan ("I", "me", or "my"). This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using Canvio you agree to the practices described here.
Account information. When you sign in with Apple, Apple provides a user identifier and optionally your name. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, Apple provides a private relay email address. I store this identifier in Supabase (my cloud database) to associate your canvases with your account.
User-generated content. Everything you create in Canvio — canvases, text, sticky notes, drawings, images, PDFs, audio recordings, tables, and todo lists — is stored locally on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to Supabase so you can access it on your other devices.
Technical data. Supabase may log standard server-side data such as IP addresses and request timestamps as part of its infrastructure operation. I do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. I do not use your content for training machine learning models.
Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 Type 2 certified. Files such as images, PDFs, and audio recordings are stored in Supabase Storage in a private bucket accessible only to you.
Guest users' data is stored only on-device and is never uploaded to any server.
Canvio is rated 4+ on the App Store and is safe for all ages. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided personal data, please contact me at ak375456@gmail.com and I will delete it promptly.
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App. This permanently deletes all your canvases, files, and account data from Supabase servers across all your devices. Deletion is irreversible.
If you are a guest user, you can delete all local data by uninstalling the App.
Depending on your location you may have rights including access to your data, correction, deletion, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at ak375456@gmail.com. I will respond within 30 days.

Canvio contains no advertisements. No advertising SDKs are integrated.
I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
