My widget isn't updating instantly — is something broken?
No, this is normal on iOS. Apple limits how often widgets can refresh to save battery. You'll always get a notification instantly, and your widget will catch up within 1–5 minutes. On Android widgets update in real time.
How do I share a widget with someone?
Open the room you want to share, tap the share icon, and send them the 6-character room code. They enter it in their app to join. That's it!
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Drawget → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Drawget → Cancel. The Lifetime purchase is one-time and never auto-renews.
I bought premium but it's not active — what do I do?
On iPhone tap "Restore purchases" on the premium screen. On Android premium restores automatically when you sign in with the same Google account. If it still doesn't work, email us with your purchase receipt.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Drawget → Settings → Request Data Deletion. Copy your UUID and email it to us. We delete all your data within 7 business days.
Is Drawget safe? Do you sell my data?
No ads, no tracking, no data sold to third parties. Your drawings stay between you and the people you choose to share with.
