Welcome to WidgetLink! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WidgetLink mobile application ("App") and services. By downloading, installing, or using WidgetLink, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WidgetLink, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 6 years old (or the minimum age required in your country)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accept our Privacy Policy

2. Description of Service

WidgetLink is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Create and customize widgets for their home screen
• Share widgets with friends and family members
• Draw and collaborate on shared canvases
• Access premium features through in-app purchases

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following premium options:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, auto-renews each month
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually, auto-renews each year (best value - save up to 25%)
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment, no recurring charges

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate you initially paid.

3.3 How to Cancel Your Subscription

For iOS Users:

1. Open the Settings app on your device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select WidgetLink
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

For Android Users:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
3. Select WidgetLink
4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Note: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.

3.4 Lifetime Purchase

The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. You pay once and receive permanent access to all premium features. This purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google Account and can be restored on any device using the same account.

3.5 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through:

• iOS: Apple App Store
• Android: Google Play Store

We do not store your payment information. Your payment details are handled securely by Apple or Google.

3.6 Refunds

Refund requests must be made directly through Apple or Google:

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: play.google.com/store/account

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google's policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

3.7 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. For active subscriptions, price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.

4. User Accounts and Content

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 User-Generated Content

When you create or share content through WidgetLink (drawings, widgets, etc.), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service
• Confirm you have the right to share this content
• Are responsible for any content you create or share

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is sexually explicit or involves minors
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Impersonates others or is fraudulent

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Sell, rent, or transfer your account to others
• Use automated tools or bots with the App

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

WidgetLink, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The WidgetLink name and logo
• App design and interface
• Premium themes and backgrounds
• Source code and algorithms

6.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WidgetLink for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Key points:

• We collect minimal personal information
• Your drawings and widgets are stored securely in Firebase
• We do not sell your personal data
• You can request data deletion at any time

8. Service Availability

8.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service
• Change features or functionality
• Impose limits on certain features

We will attempt to notify you of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.

8.2 No Guarantee of Uptime

While we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party service outages (Firebase, Apple, Google)
• Force majeure events

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using WidgetLink at any time by:

• Deleting the App from your device
• Cancelling your subscription (if applicable)
• Contacting us to request account deletion

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harass other users
• Create security risks

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ends immediately
• We may delete your data (subject to legal requirements)
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time

10. Disclaimers

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of business opportunities
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of WidgetLink shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WidgetLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or share

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• We may notify you via the App or email
• Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WidgetLink.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign these Terms without your consent.

15.5 Third-Party Services

WidgetLink integrates with third-party services (Apple, Google, Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
